Took a little different approach here, but that's why I love this tool. There are so many ways to solve the same problem. Let me know if anyone has any thoughts on my approach.

Please find my Answer Below.

Did a bit of Googling for this one, Usually use a Multi-row formula for Record Count by Grouped field, But stumbled on the "Tile" toool, So gave that a go. Filtered the Rows to Drop of what i didnt need, Then did a Formula and used a Summarize Tool.. All in All fairly straight forward.
