1. Use multi-row to create Row Index
2. How to get a specific cell from excel sheet
2.1 transpose and locate the cell by row&column index, then cross-tab
2.2 use formula to set the unwanted cells in same row to null, then use summarize to get the maximum or only number in that row

Spun my wheels for over an hour trying to figure out how to pull files from a directory. Once that was done this was easy.
