Challenge #189: Billboard Top 100

My solution:

I used distinct songs, because I think otherwise we won't be looking at the "most top 100 hits", but the most number of times someone has appeared in the top 100. It's about the songs/hits, not just the artist.

So for example Because of You and Breakaway by Kelly Clarkson appear twice (2004/2005 and 2005/2006). The same goes with songs by Pink, Taylor Swift and Mariah Carey.

Used a summarise and join to get the artists witht the most top 10's by decade. Would typically use a append and filter but think the join method is smarter.
