SUBMIT YOUR IDEALike a good detective, when I discovered that my results were different than the provided solution, I did a bit of investigation to figure out how I was defining this differently so that I could get to the same answer... and then I also provided what I believe to be a "better" one in the context of "what makes a word".

Solution is slightly different due to ignoring case
I downloaded file directly, removed all punctuation, and ignored case. Caching made this way easier to work with. I also got different totals than the answer, but the words appear to be the same.
My file provides two different solutions, one that matches numbers in the Solution and one that calculates the percentages when numbers aren't counted as words.
Are numbers words?
