I tried this a number of ways, but could only get the right results using the Regex provided in the solution. I got close using text to columns (split to rows) and using a set of delimiters, but not close enough.

I designed my approach to cater for numbers, e.g. 200,158,000 will be one word instead of 3 separate words

Removed all punctuation with the Data Cleansing tool, but I think I'd need to be more selective e.g. leave in single quotes and hyphens. (Perhaps it's time to brush up on RegEx as per the solution!).
