Like any good Alteryx Challenge this was more complicated than it first seemed. As pointed out by previous posters, I believe that the answer provided is incorrect because Order 8 Line 12 is supposed to be marked as a complete line. Some things worth considering are that the shortest way I found to determine if any orders were incomplete were if they even existed in the Open Orders table, hence the summarization tool.

The way i designed it the fact that an order line exists in the open order means it is still open, if it is also in the shipped file then it is by definition a partial shipment.
