Elegance is overrated. Sometimes the best way to solve a problem is with brute force. Here's my solution. By the way, when I saw the answer I kicked myself. It's obvious if you look closely at the three numbers we're given.

Fun challenge!  I used the Python tool and interface tools to make an app where a user can choose any start and end value to find the values where each sum of individual digit, raised to the power of the length of the entire number, equals the entire number.
