I think I added a bunch of steps that could have been done more efficiently.  Also had to download the predictive tools so that took some time.

Didn't need the turbo boost, but after solving the turbo boost is a simpler approach to what I did to fill in the missing values.

... not very 'Alteryx' of me to have calculated the missing values in a Formula tool after manually looking up the previous and next values in a Browse tool but I wasn't feeling very creative.
