Again, no macro needed to produced the data, but since it was required in the challenge...

For these 4 months not an issue to fill the months by hand, but to make it scalable, I chose to use a start date and an end date. Then, I generate the rows in between and connect that output to my macro. My flow top left, the macro in the red square bottom right

The closed account caught me out a bit, took a while to figure how to deal them within the macro.
