This is called the Expect Equal tool, and it is actually part of a separate download in what's called CReW Macros. You can download the whole lot of tools here: http://www.chaosreignswithin.com/

I like to use this tool to check my weekly challenge submissions because it is much faster than a Join, but you do have to make sure everything matches exactly including order and field names.
