Here's my solution - found it quite straightforward once I figured out how to get all possible combinations

This was a fun one, got to play with some tools I really should be working with more.

I think I'm the only one that used generate rows instead of append

There are a few people here adding an ID to the rows once the 3 dice have been appended together. Not sure i understand why? Can anyone let me know what I'm missing? I got the answer...
