Done! Apparently I didn't realize I could also group by department and class in the summarize tool and get the correct # of unique Clothing ID records. But got the job done lol.

Hi @ChristineB , It took me a while as I didn't quite understand part 1 in relation to what was 'positive feedback' and how it related to 'rating' but that was me confusing myself. Once I understood it then I was away but it did take me longer than I thought. Good fun challenge for me.

Whilst performing cross checks I noticed that [Clothing ID] = 1119 had two different sets of [Class] names (and [Division Name] but as we weren't using that in output I wasn't worried). I've not corrected for this though in my workflow but I have highlighted it.
