At first a little bit confused with the question. I thought the 10 positive feedback should be the total for each clothing ID.

Solved it but  I think the provided answer should not include the JACKET:1119 from the General Petite for the answer.

I couldn't get an exact reconciliation either. I have included a violin plot by department to help you visualize the variance or average for the rest of the department. Helping you make a more informed purchase. Intimates have the highest ratings 😳
