Didnt use regex and therefore my titles aren't as clean as solution. Also got close but couldn't get correct number of records.

I had a perfectly working (at least on Regex101) Regex ready that was getting me all the value I needed, but sadly the outcome in Alteryx was totally different so I had to extend the flow:
