Nice challenge! I managed to keep the tool count relatively low, only 8 tools used to exactly match the given output.

I make 2 solutions. One of them is dynamic solution by Macro.

Wanted to practice iterative macros but using the first method was probably more efficient for this challenge as it was just on and off... Both approaches produce a similar output so the second half is the same
