So my thoughts were:
 use the Calgary Input with its own query to just pull through the region we want for later use in the Calgary join
 add columns for colour and model
 pass the colour, model and region into the Calgary join as the query on the Autos DB with the action set to append the data to each input record
 finally a select to tidy the data and a browse for the results
