Here's my solution.

I used a crosstab tool to aggregate. I cheated a bit by taking advantage of the fact that the AW100 field was always 1. If it wasn't I would have added a field that was all 1's.

Calgary Cross Count to Count and Filter for Blue Chevy
Calgary Input to bring in region code to name mapping
Use join as filter for desired dataset.

Probably could have all been done in the Calgary Cross Count Append tool if the db were indexed.
