I initially made this way harder on myself, but finally figured it out!  This is how I learn the spatial tools though!

Didn't realize you could input max distance in Distance tool (duh), so I first calculated all 3 distances and took minimum.  Much easier once I could put in 2000 miles max and calculate that way!
