Didnt seem to make sense logically. How is it that all warehouses would have the exact number of items needed but still not actually have enough items to fulfill all minimum requirements.

My first time using the spatial tools!

Pretty similar to posted solution.  Although rather than using the find nearest, I leveraged the distance tool and unique tool to essentially do the same (posted solution definitely better). 

 

I did have to look at solution as I was summarizing by item prior to calculating the miles by # assigned. (swapped formula and summarize)
