Not sure what is different but I'm getting a different result (29.927116). I downloaded and ran the solutions from @patrick_digan and @LordNeilLord  and they are both giving the same result my workflow did. I'm running 2019.2 if that matters.

I'm getting slightly different results but they're close enough so I'll just blame the difference on different Alteryx version
