I leveraged Kat's solution with iterative macro, as I am exploring the world of macros.  Thank you @kat   

One thing though:  I tried to have Total Scroogieness match  the output solution provided using the max scrooginess scores, but the iterative macro only giving random matches, though I tried to sort,  but it is not quite matching the solution.  @kat, appreciate your help, if this is possible to accomplish in iterative macro, I tried to tweak yours, but still could not get it to match the descending sort order for Total Scroogieness provided.  Appreciate someone's help on this.
