I figured out the pairings but seem to have too many results for Net Scrooginess, hmm.

ok, I'm not sure why the solution is only showing Net_Scrooginess of 11, 12 and 13 when 1-10 are also less than 13...

I know I'm not letting people match themselves, but I think I have 2x as many records as I need because of the  a = b is the same as b = a  issue.

Wish there was an official solution!

There is definitely a macro solution to this too. Went for the easy road.
