Here is my solution! As with most things in life, I chose the "hard path" for this solution. Unlike most things in life, I did so intentionally this time. It was tougher than I thought it would be to solve without Join / Crosstab / Transpose / Multi-Field Formula / Multi-Row Formula!

Spoiler
Not using Transpose / Crosstab forced me to try a new tool in the reporting group I have not used much before: Arrange - and I am glad I did, as it is a pretty useful one!

I don't know if I made it even harder by separating Individual from Joint salaries, but that and a macro are the way I did it without having to use joins.
