This looks hard-path compliant?

Went the hard route without using a macro... Because apparently I enjoy pain...

But at least I ended up with a nice art piece! :P

Wish I knew about the Arrange tool before I created my waterfall of Selects...

Although I didn't include a piggy-bank icon - solution is similar to NJ's ( @NicoleJohnson ), but did do both an easy and hard solution for the exercise.

Enjoyed the two-macro solution posted by @cgoodman3  - didn't think of using 2 inputs to simplify; and the way that @JoBen used the dynamic select to only pick the first column in iterations

@GarthMiles & @patrick_digan have inspired me to go back and redo with the dynamic replace now - same with @estherb47 and @Joe_Mako  and @ggruccio with the arrange tool.

Great challenge!

Thinking outside the Transpose/Join/Crosstab box was fun.  Though I avoided the Find Replace cause I think of it as a join tool now!

Slightly different from most.  Used a batch macro to process the company columns in turn and summed the results

Here is my "hard" solution...

Did not use the mentionned tools

I'm not quite convinced I did the difficult way quite as intended, but I've also not made much use of the Dynamic Replace tool before!
