I hit 75% at 36 and 90% at 42.
Went the iterative macro route first but when I saw it took almost a minute for 1k iterations per group I decided to take the direct route
2.1s for 1k iterations (75% at 33 and 90% at 40)
8.6s for 10k iterations (75% at 32 and 90% at 41)
Some of you may have been able to recognize this problem type, some of you may have not! For those who arrived on an answer - you've just made a Monte Carlo simulation!
Not so hard, right?
not sure I did this correctly
Bit late to the (birthday) party. My solution-trying to avoid using a macro and accounting for gap years:
For someone being born a 29th February, thanks for this ;D
Solution attached. I built a batch macro upon an iterative macro. It is fun!
