My submission is attached.

-I was working on a solution that would work for one row and then convert it into an iterative MACRO. I ended up just finishing it without really needing the MACRO using Running Total and then Multi-row formula in order to clean up the zeroes and the negatives as there were a few case when you had shortages where the requirement was filled below the demand.

First time I found a use for the running total tool. Worked very well - the rest was just sorting and a simple formula.
