Interesting target. I never heard Ken Lay, but I did hear Jeffrey Skilling speak at a risk conference about a year before all this blew up. He was a fascinating speaker, and was really onto it - or so it seemed.

- PadLeft to add a "0" where needed

- DateTimeDiff to calculate days between emails
