SUBMIT YOUR IDEAI am no expert just yet, I used multiple tools to identify the duplicate words, and then output phrase without the duplicate.
I will now to see other people solution for that tool that does this.

Finally got it with one tool.
This is most certainly not the best way to do this, but it gets the job done. Sort of, anyway. I made it work regardless of capitalization, but I don't think it would work if one of the repeated words was followed by punctuation.
Now that I've posted my solution, I've definitely got to go check out how an advanced user did it in one tool. (I'm guessing it's a really complicated regex, and that's definitely not my strong suit.)
@danilang thank you for the links, I have looked at regex101 and its already helped me fix one of the problems i was having!
