Process:
- Create points (upper and lower thread)
- Add 10 mile radius trade area
- Spatial Match where customers are within each trade area
- Aggregate data (esp sum of attendees)
- Calculate Total Cost, attendees, and added value (taking into account number within 10 mile radius and capacity)
- Sort by Total Cost
- Select first record
- Clean-up
