After stumbling through the last few I have done, it's nice to blow through one easily

Process:
- Add RecordID
- Multi-row (value for rows that don't exist set at null, set rank as the rating but make ties equal to the highest (lowest number) rank
-- IF IsNull([Row-1:Rating]) THEN 1 ELSEIF [Rating] = [Row-1:Rating] THEN [Row-1:Rank] ELSE [RecordID] ENDIF
- Clean-up
- Add RecordID
