This one went pretty quickly. The actual ranking only needed two tools. I added a bit to generalize the solution in case the items didn't come in sorted.

I used Record ID and then a multirow formula. Ended up with the same results!

Nice use of a multi row formula tool, along with a record ID to get the number of rows up until that point.
