I also went ahead and watched the tutorial on how to double the pennies thru many months and learned how to do a macro.

That was a tough one, I had to look at the solution and it took me a while to understand it all. Great practice as I haven't had the chance to work with iterative macros so much.

EDIT: I just re-read the description and it called for an iterative macro.  I'll redo it and post another solution

Solved first without the macro, then with but renaming employee 2 as Manager in the macro to make it cleaner.
