The trickiest part was to get the beer style list to populate.  Kept getting just the column header.  Needed to create a separate file.

Here's my solution - I created a separate file for the beer styles with the Name/Value fields containing the same information ^^;;;. The output to my solution could also be formatted better but mainly wanted to get the functionality down. Yay apps

Others had more compact solution with single filter tool, I went for the lazy way of copy & paste as there are just 2 options.
