Hey, here is my solution. I used slightly different approach. I used the function "FINDSTRING" to find whether "Beep", "Trigger" or "Screen" are present in the string. 

I got results in separate fields: Tones, Screen and Trigger. 

In order to summarize the buckets I had to so some cleaning in Bucket 1 through Bucket 4.

Let me know any short cut to clean the output in Bucket 1
