Funnily enough, was thinking of doing Find and Replace inside of a Formula tool, rather than within a Find Replace tool...

Lots of parsing and using find and replace to change data.

Wasn't a fan of this one for some reason. Ended up manually adding in the search terms into a formula building block.

Hi,

PFA my solution 🙂

Thanks for providing this assignment, parsing data to each word and extracting the output to identify bucket level complaints is fantastic. Don't be tricked by find and replace tool 🙂 I did. It's a reminder to clean first then analyze any data. Great learning experience.

I've used the append tool to make sure I was searching every possible word inside the text. Then a filter and two summarizes did the rest.
