I took a slightly different approach... not sure which is more computationally heavy.  I like the remove punctuation step in the solution... I didn't think to use that.

Key challenge is to address the multiple match which couldn't be handled by a single Find/Replace tool (which always returns the first match like Excel VLookUp). Got some hints of using Cartesian Join and then match + filter to retrieve all correct matches.

This one made me think a bit. Ultimately I went for a bit of a tool array!

Ultimately not sure if this was the best approach. I'm always squeamish about appending records - but give me a small data set and we can roll with it. Maybe this would have been good to practice a batch macro as well.
