We've used this method of finding "tags" and parsing out through regex many times, glad to see this challenge.

This was an unusual challenge for me. I didn't really have a clear sense of direction how to get to the solution when I started, I just started designing and fixing as I went along. Not exactly what I would call a "best" practice but hey I got to the solution eventually!
