I thought I had this one in the bag quickly, but spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to figure out what I did wrong...

I replaced the 1997 values with zero in an earlier version while updating the YOY differences. A disastrous choice, as I should've filtered out every Null 1997 value. Live and learn.
This one was fun....well, once I realized that my Percent was a string value, so it wouldn't sort properly to get the top 3 countries. But once I nailed that down, I matched perfectly to the solution.
Here is my submission. I got a different result first, but I realised I include 2 times decrease in the percentage, it should be more than 2.
