Nice logical steps

This was anonymised for us as an internal exercise, but I tracked it down!

My Solution:

Not the most elegant in the world but it works!

I made this one a bit more complicated than necessary, because I wanted to make the workflow dynamic (in case we wanted to run this for different begin/end years).
Rather than creating an app, I just added two workflow constants to capture the begin and end years.

Very fun challenge! Love that multi-row formula tool!
