Challenge #106: How Long were the Lights On?

Oh dear.

My solution has more tools than most, and is probably over-complicated. However, I don't get the same result as the required output.

I've worked it out by hand using the source data and still don't get the required answer. So either I've made some blunder, or perhaps the data has changed in the posted challenge? 

e.g: Living Room = 3+35+40+15+21+24+129=267.  I don't get this to add up to 302 as required output

Anyone else get a different output?
