I opted to use more tools in lieu of creating one very complicated formula in a single tool. As long as it gets the job done!

Datetimeadd doesn't always work 100% correctly with Time fields. It's very helpful to append a date to make it a Datetime.
On the first try I ended up with negative numbers, theeeen I got it! XD Four-tool solution attached
