My brain jumped to the generate rows tools right away, but getting the date minutes to format correctly was challenging. Fun challenge.

It took me awhile to figure out this expression for the time %I:mm %P but once I got that everything came into place. Again, I don't have the elegant 2 tool solution and I could have used a formula tool for the datetime tool but I like to keep to the tools instead of buried formulas to make it easier for a fellow developer to see what is happening.
