What an amazing experience in solving this challenge! Implemented the Interface Tools as well to give the customization option for the user.

I made two solutions.

First one was not dynamic and was made to match the output.

Second one is basically the first one with some tweaks so I filter the months that match the month the workflow is run.

 

This was good practice of the Table in the Reporting tools.
