Pretty simple one this week - though I haven't yet done the extra challenges - probably will come back to that

It does look to me like this exercise is adding rates across states (I'm assuming these numbers are something like "per 100,000 population), but for the sake of the exercise here we go

Process:
- Remove header information
- Rename fields using Record 1 (originally Record 3)
- Define a numeric field for Weekly Rate
- Aggregate that data by year and age category
- Join with original data set
- Filter out disclaimer info
- Crosstab (Group by Season, Columns are Age Groups, Values are numeric Total)
- Delete Overall field
