So the first select records tool was used to remove the first two rows and the select tool was used to remove the irrelevant columns and change field 8 entries into double format. I then used the summarise tool to sum the amount of cases for each age group per season. The crosstab tool was used to turn each age bracket from being grouped into one columns to making up each header column. 
The final 2 select record tools and the select tool were just used to tidy up the data set so that it matched that of the given output.
