This was a good one. 

 

To get around the cross tab tool changing field names, I leveraged @Nicholas_Brill 's technique found here: https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Alteryx-Designer-Discussions/Cross-Tab-Column-Header-Issue/td-p/121...
