This was a fun challenge- though it was slow for testing ... I used a batch macro with the list of Site ID's.   I ran it on 2/27/21

Adjusted the original URL to get the data for the original test period - also used the snow adjusted accumulation figures which gave me a slightly different amount of accumulation - but the same answer...
