This is by far the Challenge that took me the most time to complete. I have been trying it for three days . Hit a cul-de-sac and got some inspiration from @DataPrepChad's solution that helped me get out the hole. My solution took 5:59 m, not the prettiest but managed to get within 32.6 meter of Ned, so I will leave it at that!

Got within 9.6 meters and it took 1:27 to run the workflow:

used grids to narrow down from 10 miles to .1 miles to .001 miles

Good with under 15 meters in about 1.25 minutes!
