Great challenge! Did this a few ways, First Attempt was to try to do this without "guessing", second attempt was quicker at ~29s, but relied on quickly excluding areas that were too close to roads.
Difficult. Didn't get the precise result shown in solution, off by about 1/100th of a mile, but I'm hoping the dogs can find him, map looks very close.
Hard to find, struggled a bit, but the workflow ends up running in 4 minutes an being around less than 30m of Ned's tent, quite satisfied!
