For this one i just brut forced it with a Repeating Formula..... Probably not ideal.... But does make the Workflow Page nice and Neat......

Off by 41 seconds given the time change, but otherwise seems there

I like the modulo idea that @mceleavey did.  I think I'll redo it to give that a go.  More elegant than the brute force subtractions I did
